This is a 2 bedroom.and 2 bath GROUND FLOOR condo is located in a GATED quiet country club community in Orlando Florida (32822) just minutes from all the tourist destinations Orlando has to offer includuniversal, Disney and Seaworld . The KITCHEN has just been completely redone.. new cabinets, new granite counters, new appliances. Larger counter with 2 stools added.
The living and dining area is open and inviting. There is an enclosed screened patio just off the living area that has a great view of the golf course and canal. Our condo has free high speed WiFi internet and streaming tv. We love to enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening there.
With the Kitchen remodel, every room now has been redone over the last years. Our condo is clean, sunny and open space, and comfortable. Since we use it ourselves during the winter months, everything you need is here. It is owner furnished rather than rental furnished.
The location of this property is its main asset. We are conveniently located only 10 minutes from the Orlando airport, and all Disney Attractions and Universal Studios are within a half hour drive. Most of the Orlando sights and destinations are conveniently close, yet this area keeps you secluded and away from all the traffic. Ventura Country Club has two gated entrances that are manned 24 hours a day by the security team.
Willowpointe Circle is its own little community inside of the gated Ventura Country Club Resort. The heated hotel style pool exclusively for Willowpointe guests is less than a 1 minute walk out the front door. You can also walk 5 minutes to the Ventura Country Club to swim in their Olympic size pool, play golf at member rates, work out in the fitness center, play tennis or pickle ball, eat at the restaurant, visit the library, playground, and much more.

Summary: Unit was the perfect size and fully equipped with everything my family and I needed for our extended stay in Orlando. Back patio is beautiful and overlooks B the second hole on the golf course with the community pool directly in front/ across from the unit. We had an issue with a water leak in the master bathroom and Barbara quickly worked with Judy on a resolution. Fantastic communication with Barbara especially when the internet went out in the area. I work remotely so being kept informed of when it would be restored was he.

Summary: We had a perfect week mixed with a vacation and a dance competition. The location of the condo allowed us to drive a few times to the beach while being perfectly located for a dance competition in Orlando. The condo is clean, fully equipped and provided plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We called it home after just a few days 🙂

Summary: We had a wonderful week at the condo. Spacious and clean with all the amenities we needed. Bed was very comfortable and having two bathrooms was great. Close to the airport but the jet noise wasn't bad. Loved sitting out on the lanai and watching the golfers, birds, and lizards.

Summary: Nice family home in Ventura community. This ground level condo has a smaller patio with a ceiling fan and a full screen facing trees and a gulf course. It had everything we needed on arrival including towels and toiletries. Kitchen, washer and dryer were all new and clean. There is a master bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. Communication with Barbara was very fruitful. We had a great stay. Thanks.

Summary: The first thing I said was entering the condo was "Wow oh wow"! It was exactly as described in the listing. So impressed with the facility, check-in, and security. We were in town visiting our daughter and family, so we did not use the pools and all the other options, but they looked great. The location is excellent.
