Decorated in beach cottage décor, the space features a queen bed in the master and twin beds in the 2nd bedroom with pillowtop mattresses and high-quality linens— the den doubles as a third bedroom with a full-size bed. The bathroom has a tub/shower with multiple towels and beach towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with right down to the drip coffee maker. Our Cozy Properties are supplied with all the linens, cleaning supplies, and paper products with extra should you need in the storage area, which is complimentary to your stay. This cottage has two reserved parking spots: Direct TV and high-speed wifi. Next, take a few steps to the private to our property pool to the property, outdoor grill (gas and charcoal), recreation area, and common area room just for our guests. The common area room has 2 washers and 2 dryers, along with laundry supplies as a part of your rental. It's like staying at a quaint bed and breakfast; you make breakfast.
Although we are a family-friendly home, there are some things we can not supply due to the marketability and the ability to ensure that specialty items are kept safe and in good repair. We recommend you consider renting these items from our local companies that deliver and support the community you love. Enjoy!

HOUSE RULES:
The policy of no smoking, vaping, legal THC or e‑cigarettes applies to the entire property, both indoor and outdoor spaces.
Quiet after 10 PM
We are a dog-only friendly property that can host up to 2 furry family members under 60lbs each. (Give or take a doggie pound here and there!)
Each dog will incur a pet fee that covers the additional cleaning needed after each renter to prepare the house for the next visitors. Dogs must be fully vaccinated, medicated for fleas and ticks, house-trained, and well-behaved. Guests should be prepared to provide records of vaccinations and proper pest treatment. Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture. Please ask if you have any questions or concerns about your family member!
Guests are required to keep dogs out of the pool. If they are in the pool area, they will need to be leashed. Guests will also need to pick up after their dogs and keep the dogs from constantly barking while the guest is or is not home.
Guests will be required to take all of their trash from their units to the bins on the south side of the building throughout their stay. Trash days are Tuesdays and Fridays, early in the morning. Please note that helping ensure the bins are on the side of the road ensures a safer and bug-free environment.
Guests must notify the hosts if something is broken, not working, or on the way to breaking before the guest leaves the property not to be fined or reported for the damage.
Guests are not allowed to flush ANYTHING down the plumbing that is not the Provided (Charmin) toilet paper. This includes and is not limited to sanitation wipes (EVEN if listed on the packaging that they are safe to flush), G.I. Joe figurines, Hair Ties, Bows, Sand, Dog hair, or cooking grease. If the unit backs up the guest will be responsible for the repair costs.
Guests are required to clean the grill after each use so that the next guests can enjoy it. That includes emptying the grease tray and replacing it with a new one from the storage area.
The Pool & Common Area Rules:
-The pool is a common area available to all guests from sunrise to sunset ONLY.
- Using harsh language in the common area is prohibited
- Playing loud or aggressive language music is prohibited
- Engaging in rowdy behavior is prohibited
- Swimming late at night
- Hosting parties is prohibited
- Grilling in the pool area is prohibited
- Running or jumping into the pool is prohibited
- Bringing excessive guests, which creates a party atmosphere, is prohibited
These rules might seem funny to read, but they have all happened and resulted in guests having a horrible stay. We aim to ensure everyone can have a fantastic vacation with their family and friends.
