Summary: One night stay pre cruise boarding. Nice, quiet , clean. Parking was not an issue. Didn't pay to park during the cruise. Was easier to park at the cruise terminal. Shuttle not worth the wait in my opinion. Very close to the Royal Carribean terminal. Super convenient. places to eat near by.

Summary: My family and I always look forward to the complimentary breakfast and most of all what options there are such as waffles and proteins. I really liked the creamer machine as well, as I am someone who puts a lot of creamer in my coffee. The rooms were nice and accommodating for our 3 kids to be comfortable. We will now look specifically for comfort inn and suites when traveling!

Summary: Great overall experience. Had a small issue with the door. But that was fixed we were generously compensated. The waffle line for the breakfast seem to build and became excessive with wait times.

Summary: Staff was not so friendly…talked fast! Rushed transaction…seemed very uninterested in our questions. Shuttle service is NOT complimentary as advertised! It’s $9 per person.
