Summary: We were in the area with 2 of our teenagers for college visits and stayed in Cocoa Beach. The location was perfect for us and the property met all our needs with the pool and beach access. Loved the sunrise and sunsets from the roof top deck and got to see a rocket launch which was an added bonus!

Summary: Wonderful location on the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping! We loved the view and quietness of this rental. Looks just like the pictures! It had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrellas for our time on the sand. Check in was easy and our host, Zareh, was quick to answer any questions we had. This is a Cocoa Beach treasure!

Summary: Great condo right on the beach and next to the pier. Short drive to Orlando for all of the sights there. Condo had everything we needed for the beach and for our stay. Condo was clean, trendy, and comfortable. We even saw a Space ex rocket launch from the rooftop. Pool was so warm, too! Wish we could have stayed longer
