Across the street from the beach. One-mile walks to the famous Santa Monica pier. This beautiful house is 2,000 square foot (185.81 sq. meters), ADA compliant. The house has 3 bedrooms, a convertible study and 4 private bathrooms. There're 2 bedrooms with king beds, 1 bedroom with a queen bed & 2 twin bed (a trundle bed) in the convertible study. The study has its own entrance from the beach to tile floor and step-down shower. Typically, this is the room which children sleep and the walkway where people whose off sand and then shower coming from the beach. The house is kid friendly. We have 2 car parking spaces: 1 full size vehicle and 1 compact.
This rental has a beach chic decor, unobstructed ocean views, sauna, Jacuzzi, daily maid service if desired, concierge services as needed. This is a self-contained home for you in the most desirable location in Santa Monica.
The historic landmark from the turn of the century preserves the architecture and has all modern luxuries. The Cottage is in a dream location and offers views of one of the most famous white sand beaches in the world. Summary: Beautiful updated cottage directly across from beach. Easy walk to Pier but far enough away from the noise and congestion. Well stocked and comfortable with good open family space to hang out. Appreciated the manager having breakfast stocked and communicated throughout our time to be sure all was good. Highly recommend.

Summary: The cottage is beautifully decorated and is in the best location to enjoy the beach, and walk to great bars and restaurants. The kitchen is well stocked, and the house provides everything you need. We had excellent communication with the house manager. She was very accommodating and always responded to our questions promptly. We would love to stay here again when we are in town!
