Summary: A very nice clean, well decorated spot that is just a few blocks from the Ocean but also can easily walk to Santa Monica, Venice Beach and all the related interesting places around and in between. We found great restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, really everything we needed. A couple of times we went to different areas in LA and was simple to get to the major highways. The owner was very friendly and definitely had a pride in their property. Totally walkable to anything you need.

Summary: My daughter and I really liked this property. It is small, but perfect for 2 people. It was nicely decorated and efficient. I would stay again. Just a heads up, there is a residence above this one so you might have some occasional noise. It was very clean and well maintained.
