A pristine four-bedroom villa, with 3518 square feet, located within Exclusive Island, a private community, on the renowned Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman property. You will find two bedrooms located on the first floor, each with a king bed, and two bedrooms upstairs with a king bed in the junior master suite, and 2 queen beds in the guest room. This home comes with a fully equipped kitchen, ample dining and living space, as well as a private pool overlooking the canal. Access to a golf-cart is also included for ease of transportation throughout the resort. This property overlooks the resort’s nine-hole golf course and views of the mangrove-lined lagoon. With a spacious terrace and a small, private plunge pool, the four-bedroom luxury villa offers plenty of expansive indoor and outdoor spaces to call your own. A highlight of the property is the paved pool deck, perfect for entertaining. The villa is a short golf cart ride to The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman resort amenities including the 20,000-square-foot spa and waterpark, Starfish Cay. Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This residence is in need of repairs. We were disappointed by the lack of follow up to rectify the maintenance issues we had.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All things considered, most in our group had a very enjoyable time. Important to know that daily housekeeping was not included in the fine print on the contract to rent privately owned Villa 15. It was pretty expensive to lease for the 8 nights. The owner did end up contributing to the cost of housekeeping which we greatly appreciated.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome stay, best weekend on island thus far.. Had a great time and spot were fantastic. The guys at the Ritz pool Bruno however almost spoiled it as he said we weren’t allowed to use the pool or beach facilities and made us feel extremely unwelcome. House it self was phenomenal!!
