You need something Tranquil – Casual – Friendly.
Our penthouse Unit #18 was completely remodeled this past year- new floors, appliances, fixtures, bathrooms, etc. It is fully furnished to the highest standards with all luxury fittings and has 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths ( Hans Grohe fixtures) a large screened view patio for dining or lounging. It is available for rent year –round on a weekly rate basis. This unique corner unit has natural light and windows in every room. It has beds for 7 guests.

THE LIVING ROOM has a view of the water, access to the huge porch and has lots of space for lounging. The KITCHEN is fully equipped with oven, Kuerig coffee maker or standard version too), dishwasher, toaster, toaster oven, blender, bullet for smoothies, microwave, spices, pots, and pans, etc. Tennis rackets, floats and some snorkel gear and tennis racquets are in the closet. You do have daily maid service and beach towels are provided.
The MASTER bedroom and remodeled bath has a view, new high-end king bed with ensuite shower, Alexa/TV/, firestick/fireTV. The 2nd Bedroom has a queen bed, a shower ensuite and TV. The 3rd Bedroom has a wall-mounted TV, new queen and twin bed and bathroom across the hall. Sleeps 7 in beds.
Full size Washer/Dryer is also inside the unit.

Summary: Location was stellar. We enjoyed snorkeling right off the beach, we saw a sting ray, turtle and loads of different kinds of fish. I wish we had packed a beach bag in our suitcase...while the unit came with two cooler bags, I really wished we had a bag to hold towels and other items. The complex was very quiet, which we loved. Chairs and shade for everyone on the beach, all of the time. We walked to Luca for dinner one night and picked up dinner from other places -- all within walking distance. Beds were super comfy and the bathrooms were very modern with great water pressure.

Summary: Mike is a great host and the property is perfectly placed in the middle of seven mile beach. So much room for everybody in the condo and so close to the beach. Sitting on the beach chairs watching the sunsets will never get old. And waking up and lounging in the huge screened in balcony, so good. Can’t wait to go back!

Summary: We received a lot of communication before our stay, which helped make our arrival smooth. The condo is beautiful and everything was in working order. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub that was on property at night, and spent the rest of the time on the beach just 20 steps up from our room. We will recommend this property to our friends and family!

Words like wow, unbelievable, absolutely gorgeous, amazing views, well-appointed, friendly staff and location, location, location are just a few that describe this penthouse unit on the beach. But as a traveler reading this review you want to know the real deal, so let's get into it! 1. The owners of this unit are just good people. They are accommodating, responsive, and truly want your stay the be the very best it can be. 2. The location of this condo on 7-Mile Beach is unparalleled-it is literally located on the finest part of 7-Mile Beach. The beach is uncrowded and the waters along the complex are some of the clearest and calmest on the island. Beachcomber reef is a short swim away and there are always plenty of umbrellas and chaise lounges available for your use. 3. This is a penthouse unit with spectacular views of the ocean. We believe it is THE BEST unit in the complex. It was recently renovated and beautifully decorated and the photos online do not do it justice! There were 7 (5 of them between the ages of 19-23) of us on our trip and with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms we had plenty of room for all of us. The owners thought of everything when remodeling! One of the coolest things about this unit is that it doesn't share a wall with any other unit and is on the top floor so there is no one above you...because of this, it is always quiet! And that view? We're still talking about it..

Summary: The condo was well appointed and beautifully furnished, with comfy beds and fluffy towels. The porch overlooking the beach was a favorite early morning spot. The beach was flawless, with chairs and umbrellas always available. The landscaping was perfectly maintained. The location was convenient - could walk to some restaurants, Fosters was nearby for grocery runs. Fabulous rental!

Summary: We had a great week at Casa Caribe. The condo was exactly what we needed for our party of four. Clean and very conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. The beach was beautiful and the property was amazing. The owner was very easy to communicate with and very understanding and friendly. I would definitely rent this VRBO again if the owners will have us! And highly reccommend the property.
