PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Greenhaven is light-filled, lower-ground floor apartment with private gated entrance that part of a listed (historically-recognized) 19th century townhouse opposite the 2.5 acre private garden of Eccleston Square. The apartment is newly refurbished with a mix of contemporary and antique dรฉcor. Sixteen foot high ceilings and large windows in the main living/dining area contribute to its very open, light and airy feel. There is also a small patio off the front entrance that's perfect for to enjoy a morning coffee or tea.
SLEEPS UP TO 5 PEOPLE. BEDS (4) & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: There is a UK-double bed (4.4 x 6.2 feet) in the first bedroom. a UK-single bed (2.95 x 6.23 feet) in the second bedroom, and a UK king sofa bed (5.9 x 6.5 feet) in the living. The sofa bed can also serve as single bed for those to prefer not to open and close a sofa bed. UNIQUE SLUMBER SPACE & EXPERIENCE. The single bedroom was once a 19th century coal vault which stored the fuel used to cook food, boil water and heat the 5-story townhouse.

A highly desirable place to both to live and visit, Eccleston Square -- a collection of beautiful 19th century townhouses built around a 2.5 acre garden square -- dates to the 1830s. Summary: We were able to get to most everything we wanted to see. Many sites are in walking distance and buses and the underground are in walking distance. We even were able to catch a premier league soccer game, which was our grandson's favorite thing we did.

Summary: This apartment is The Best that I have rented. The location was a few blocks fron Victoria Station It was so easy to use the Victoria tube station to get around the city. This apartment had everything that you might have in your house. Detergent pods for the washing machine and dishwasher , a full stocked kitchen, lots of towels. Great instructions. Fabulous place.

Summary: We so enjoyed our three night stay in this well-appointed flat on a quiet street, close to transportation hubs and walking distance to Buckingham Palace. The flat was spotless, well-equipped with anything you might need, so we felt like we were at home! Communication was excellent, and the owner even provided a binder of helpful information about the community, and locations for groceries and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this flat, and would stay here in a heartbeat if we travel to London again.

Summary: I highly recommend this property and owner. The apartment is as beautiful as the pictures, the air con was wonderful during the July heat, and the washer and dryer came in really handy. The decor is lovely, and we were quite comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped and there is a supermarket a ten-minute walk from the apartment, so it is easy to get groceries. We also used the private garden, which is more like a botanical park (there are a couple of books on the shelves that go into the history that are very interesting). The location can't be beat for access to restaurants, tourist sites and transportation. Paula is great - she responds quickly and is very helpful. We will definitely stay again.
