Summary: We stayed in this flat for a few days in late May. I was very excited after reading the many great reviews. As we were traveling with my 84 year old father, I checked the accessibility category on Vrbo which listed simply “non smoking.” When we arrived after a long day we were disheartened to see that it was a walk up two steep narrow flights of stairs to get to the main living area. The two beds and baths were both on the level above that. Pimlico isn’t a fancy neighborhood but it felt safe and there is a lot to do within walking distance. This is a great place for a family of young people or three younger couples. This flat is not comfortable for an elderly person. It was a huge disappointment for us, but as the owner pointed out when I complained, the listing says there are stairs to get to the living space. The thing that bothers me (as a person who owns a Vrbo) is that we felt mislead. Why not head off this situation by simply noting that the flat isn’t appropriate for people who have difficulty with stairs? There were a couple of other complaints but we made it work.

Summary: This flat was perfect for us. The location is great and it was clean. There are some stairs to get to the main living area, so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues.

Summary: Nice clean place. Not for people who can't climb stairs. 3 flights to the bedroom/bath. 10-minute walk from Victoria Station. The photos make the place bigger than it actually is.

Summary: We enjoyed staying at this VRBO for our recent visit to London. Located in a quiet neighborhood full of character & close to the Underground & many popular London sites. With 2 BR & a pull out couch, the space worked well for our group of 4. We would book this place again.

Summary: Overall a good stay in a well-located flat. Was able to walk to many attractions and there were some nice pubs and restaurants nearby. Cleaners forgot to leave clean towels, but we were able to sort that out within a few hours. Ylber was easy to communicate with. The main living room is bright and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes. The furniture in the master bedroom could use an upgrade and the master bath shower is very small - probably not practical for a bigger person. Many steep stairs, so be aware if you are older or have small children. Overall a good stay - some upgrades to the furniture and linens would make this a 5-star property.
