Summary: We came to Florida to celebrate our daughter’s Sweet 16 bday which ended up turning into a full family vacation. From the time we opened the door and saw the elegant design and setup of the house to the beautiful view overlooking the water. Each room was more than adequately accommodating to our needs. With an impressive balcony view for the primary bedroom. We enjoyed the outdoor setup utilized the kayaks and truly enjoyed the low key quite atmosphere the dining around the area and convenience of everything located within a short drive.

Summary: This house had everything you could want for a large group of friends to gather. The game room was set up well, with plenty of activities for everyone to gather and be comfortable. The pool/hot tub was clean and relaxing after a day out kayaking, which are provided on the property. The dock was a plus as we were able to launch and keep the boat accessible at any time. The house accommodations were clean, comfortable and plentiful. Each room provided significant space for attendees.

Summary: Loved the size of the kitchen and living room area. It was the perfect space to have our whole family hang out while cooking or just hanging out. We didn't have the warmest weather during our trip so the theater and game room were wonderful features that kept everyone busy. Plenty of great restaurants to enjoy nearby as well. Host was easy and quick to communicate with when I had any questions.

Summary: Owners very responsive to minimal issues. Everyone enjoyed the house and amenities. We had 6 adults and 4 kids ranging from 19 months to 9 years and the expanse of the house was perfect.

Summary: This house is absolutely beautiful and accommodated everything we needed for a group of friends working in the tampa area for a weekend. It overlooks the water, close to good food, plenty of room for everyone to be completely comfortable. The game room made for a lot of fun when the work day was over as well as the pool. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this house to anyone and would love to visit again someday.
