This completely updated, newly-furnished, open-concept home is sure to make you feel comfortable while enjoying your stay in Apollo Beach. Imagine sipping your morning coffee on the dock, while spotting dolphins or manatee swimming nearby! The home features 3 bedrooms with brand new beds, mattresses and bedding.
The master suite features a king bed, oversized closet, a double shower, and a walk-out to the screened-in pool area. The pool is solar-heated. Second bedroom has a queen bed, and also walks out to the pool. Third bedroom has a queen-sized bed as well.
The kitchen is well-equipped with new appliances, dishes, cookware, and offers beautiful views of the water. Quartz countertops, and a large breakfast bar allow ample seating for everyone.
Large, sliding glass doors span the rear of the home, providing an open, airy feeling at all times of day. Wireless internet is provided, as well as outdoor security cameras and brand new smart tvs throughout the house.
The location is perfect--far enough out of the hustle and bustle of Tampa, yet just a short drive (20 minutes)to the amazing city and all it offers. The beautiful beaches of St.Pete, Anna Maria, Siesta Key and many more are also just a hop, skip and a jump away! Disney, Busch Gardens, Universal and countless other attractions can keep you as busy as you want to be. If golf and fishing are more your style, then Apollo Beach is definitely the place for you!
Feel free to bring your own boat, kayaks, paddle boards, fishing poles, etc. There is plenty of room to store them safely in our 3-car garage!

Summary: This property was truly a gem. Beautiful remodeled property that featured everything you needed for a wonderful stay. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the property manager was very responsive. If you are looking for a nice home in a quite neighborhood then this is the place for you!

Summary: Very nice home with everything needed to enhance your vacation. Had a staycation and selected this home due to water access and location. Apollo Beach had everything you could need. Ventured to Siesta Key for a day of jet skiing one day then to Tampa for a day on the boat another day. Relaxed in the home to recover and enjoyed great dinners using the large kitchen and nice grill. Would stay here again.

Summary: The house was spacious, newly updated with a brand new kitchen. Huge master bedroom with an awesome double shower. We loved the pool, it was a wonderful 80 degrees. Enjoyed seeing manatees and dolphins nearly every day. Easy walk to restaurants.

Summary: The pictures don’t do the view out the back justice. We had a fabulous time sitting on the dock watching manatees and dolphins. Neighbour Robert was really helpful and Scott was also on-hand for any concerns. Villa is really well equipped, although we couldn’t find an ironing board. The location is ideal for exploring, we visited Anna Maria Island, Clearwater Tarpon Srings, Downtown Tampa, Busch Gardens. But also had some really enjoyable pool days enjoying some peace and quiet. Just around the corner is Finns Dockside bar and grille with fabulous Sunsets. Only comment is outside furniture has seen better days now, but took nothing away from our vacation and would definitely return.

Summary: We stayed for a week over spring break. The house was a little far from the things we wanted to do. The house was the perfect size for what we needed for 5 people. We cooked most meals and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. My son enjoyed fishing off the dock and we saw manatees on several different days. The hosts are quick to respond to messages.

Summary: My family stayed here for a week. The house had everything we needed. The area was fun to explore. We tried all of the local restaurants. The grocery stores were close to us. We had a problem with the air conditioning when we first got there, but the property manager showed up within 15 minutes and had it fixed for us. Would definitely stay here again.
