Florida privacy at its best on main San Juan salt water canal in Apollo Beach with < 10 min boat ride to Tampa Bay! Watch the birds, dolphins, manatees, and fish jumping while relaxing in the pool at this beautiful paradise home.
Bring your boat (tie to the floating dock) or fish from the dock. Property situated in a great flats fishing location. Apollo Beach/Natural Preserve location offers the most beautiful view of the sunsets in Tampa Bay. <60 min drive to many great Florida beaches.
BOOKING/PRICING (varies as follows based on number of guest and bedroom/bath access):
Poperty Booking/Nightly rates- To make our property more affordable for just 2 guests our pricing is as follows:
- $249/night base price booking includes no more than two guests (preferred).
- additional $50/night ($299/night) booking includes no more than 3-4 guests with providing bedding for sofa bed.
PLEASE do not expect to disregard this policy and show up with more guests than booked or allowed (maximum 4) or with small children (< 13 yrs of age) as we do monitor incoming and outgoing traffic. Failure to follow these occupancy rules will result in immediate booking cancellation per cancellation policy
NOTE: Months of January through March for 2022 are only available for long term 2-3 month Snowbird rental. Please inquire with your request prior booking.
THE SPACE:
Beautiful private view of the water with lots of bird and marine wildlife with great fishing off the dock or in the local flats via boat/kayak/canoe. Quick boat/kayak/canoe access to Tampa Bay and beautiful kayak/canoe mangrove trails < 5 minutes from dropping in a our dock. Located on a quite private cul de sac with awesome friendly neighbors.
AREA OVERVIEW:
Apollo Beach is a very friendly waterfront community. Circles restaurant has live music Thursday through Sunday. Apollo Beach Park/Natural Preserve has free parking and is open from dusk to dawn (Tampa Bays most beautiful sunsets).

We will provide all the beach gear (beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and cooler) you need for visits to the many local beaches:

Summary: I want to thank Adam for such a wonderful stay. This place is so relaxing and private. My mother, my wife, our two friends, and our two little dachshunds had a wonderful experience. This place is great for dogs. It has a private fenced area just outside the pool. The pool is the perfect place to cool off and read. We will definitely be back.

Summary: This stay was perfect for our “Babymoon”. Oddly for us, one of our favorite things to do would be to get in the pool at night and watch the wildlife. VERY active area for the owls, which we enjoyed making sure we could hear every night. This isn’t somewhere you’d want to stay with close beach access. All public beaches about 40–60 minute drive. But either way you go, north or south, it’s a very easy drive with lots of options (St. Pete, Bradenton, Ft. Myers). We will be staying here again once our son is with us if the owners will have us. 10/10 for what we needed.

Summary: Hands down, one of the best vacations, ever. Despite it storming every day of our stay in Florida, this house provided everything we needed to keep us completely entertained and satisfied. The pool was so relaxing. Just to sit and stare out at the canals was definitely the highlight of the trip. The location is perfect in such an adorable and quiet neighborhood. The house provided us with more than enough space for our family of 3 and the host had basically everything you needed which made traveling that much lighter/easier. Would 110% return if given the opportunity!

Summary: Home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Neighbor, who is the property manager, was friendly and made sure everything was good. The kitchen is well equipped. Only drawback was the master bedroom bed was a bit small for us. Overall good experience.

Summary: This place was amazing, Adam the host was very responsive, the home was very clean, had everything we needed, we liked it that much we extended our stay. The only negative I would give is make sure you read the full description, I didn't realize all the bedrooms would be locked so we didn't have access to the whole house only 1 bedroom. I would book this place again
