Positive: The kitchen was stocked, very clean, walking right out to the pool was nice, laundry on site.
Negative: We found the code to be very long. You had to look every time on the text message. The knob was tricky Batteries in remotes didn’t work well, the sink/ water pressure was not good until the plumber came mid week.

Positive: This was a perfect location for our family. The location was than 15 minutes from our relatives. We visited the manatee viewing area and a yacht cruise between family gatherings. Kids enjoyed the pool and the bunks. Very satisfied with our stay.

Positive: The house was wonderful with 4 bedrooms. It had everything we needed. Except trash bags, we did buy a box though. The pool was clean and warm for the kids. We played pool, air hockey, and table tennis. We played some of the board games that were provided. We enjoyed our stay very much. We like that it was an open floor plan and was very spacious. The bathrooms were big and the shower in the master bedroom was amazing.
Negative: My husband is paraplegic and wheelchair bound. His standard 19 inch electric wheelchair wouldn't fit in either bathroom door. The entry ramp was steep and narrow. My son had to push my husband's wheelchair up the ramp. We carry a portable ramp wherever we go and we did use it so my husband could go out to the patio and pool area. Which is where he spent a lot of time.
Summary: Clean, spacious, and an amazing shower.

Positive: The house was comfortable and clean.It is in the Apollo Beach area.
Negative: Swimming pool standards. I was told by the Host that they do not test their pools to insure they are safe. The standard is if you can see the bottom. The pool sides and bottom was green when we arrived. I demanded that the pool be cleaned and the water tested. I settled for a higher chorine count. I would recommend a testing standard and providing if the management company one to retrain the host.
Summary: The owners have put money back in the property and their is a for sale sign.
