Absolutely stunning 3600 square foot Queen Anne historical home with wrap-around balconies awaits you. Fabulous and comfortable decor in the interior. This property is walking distance to the beautiful Audubon park, Tulane and Loyola University and one block to the St. Charles streetcar line. it's a wonderful neighborhood within walking distance to shopping, many great restaurants, and bars. It's great for a family, but also for a fun group who wants to experience the nightlife. The home has a great back patio and yard for relaxing. The property has 5 bedrooms and 2 family dens and is very spacious. The property is approved for a 3 bedroom limit accessory license, short term rental. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, two of the bedrooms have queen size beds and one bedroom has a full-size bed. There are also many large couches and an air mattress that can be slept on. Summary: We stayed here for parents weekend at Tulane university. It was in walking distance to everything on campus. The property owners were easy to communicate with. The house was very clean with lots of space. Great backyard and tons of common space to hang with family!

Summary: This home is in a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bars. Just a short ride into the French Quarter. Jeffrey shared great tips about the neighborhood and New Orleans in general. We had a slight problem with the heat downstairs but the we came to a fair resolution with the owner.

Summary: Jeff was great, very available, though we didn’t have any issues we needed to contact him about. We were a group of 10, ranging in age from 2 to 73, and the House was great for all of us. The little ones particularly enjoyed the trampoline and the (outdoor) kitties. The grownups loved being so close to the streetcar, good restaurants, and shops. Highly recommend.

Summary: My family and I had the pleasure of staying here when we were in NOLA for work and play this 4th of July weekend. The teenage girls loved the space, the guys loved that they had an area that was all for them and I loved that I was able to enjoy peace and quiet. This house is amazing, the neighborhood is great and I have to say it again the house is great! I will definitely book again if u have to go back to NOLA

Summary: Home is in a really nice neighborhood and is easy to use as a launching point. It has a ton of charm and lots of original details that remind you that you are in New Orleans. There are a few minor issues that could use repair to make this a 5-star (a shower that did not seem to get hot, missing piece of microwave, lighting on the back deck) - nothing big, but a little annoying. Also, keep in mind this appears to be either a full-time home or an often-used vacation home, so closets are full of clothes, shower still has shampoo bottles in it, etc. This is not necessarily a negative, but just something to consider if you are looking for a property that is more designed to be used for renting short term. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, really liked the house, and would stay again.

Summary: My friends and I stayed here over a weekend and came away thrilled. The house was in a great neighborhood near lots of walkable bars and restaurants. The house itself was very nice and comfortable. Backyard was a great touch. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Had a wonderful weekend stay for a bachelorette party. The house is beautiful - great architecture, good space for spending time together, interesting deco, cute backyard porch. We really didn’t want to leave. Jeff was very responsive and available. We also liked that the location was in a nice neighborhood near some interesting places to eat and wander and not in the middle of the French Quarter craziness, but was accessible to all that via streetcar and car service if we wanted. Would love to return!

Summary: For a group of 10, I cannot imagine a better place than this. The house is in a nice, quiet, safe neighborhood, only a short uber from downtown. The house is spacious, nicely decorated, and has a nice front/backyard. Jeff was a great host (although I never met him in person), he would always respond to questions immediately and gave us lots of great info about the neighborhood/city. I would definitely love to stay here again if I'm ever back in New Orleans with a large group. I highly recommend this place!
