Come hang out on our huge private deck with propane firepit set, ample seating or choose the wood firepit out back for smores and grilling out on the gas grille. Inside you'll find plenty of space for family game time, relaxation, or a dance party and karaoke with friends and family! New furnishings and appliances with plenty of kitchen essentials and large island for enjoying meal time together. The electric fireplace's in the living room and master bedroom can be used for heat or just a relaxing ambiance glow. There is ample seating throughout the home for multiple family activities. Our community offers walking lake access and plenty of wildlife! There are 4 parking spaces available. Note: This house is not directly on the lake. Golf Carts are welcome! Summary: Our family used the baseball tournament at Lakepoint as a reason to gather and we all stayed in this house comfortably. The house is located near the lake, has easy access to lake amenities and is a short drive to the games. I would recommend this house for families looking for something other than a hotel stay for their visit to Lakepoint.

Summary: My family of five (all adults) were very comfortable in Connie’s Land House. We looked forward to returning every evening. As shown in the pictures, a family of deer greeted us in the yard each night. We didn't use the kitchen other than to make coffee but it appeared to have everything we could have needed. The beautiful windows helped make some good TikTok content.

Summary: Beautiful property! Lots of deer and fireflies. The weather prevented use of the fire pit, but the yard was lovely. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We came for a baseball tournament and it was a long drive from the sports complex, but it was a very relaxing out in the woods.
