PARTYING. This is NOT a party house. This is a large spacious home. It's great for large business groups, family and friends. However, we are not looking for groups whose true intent is to "party" in the house. We want the next guest to have a nice home for their enjoyment and we also want to be good neighbors to those around the home and for the neighborhood. So, RESPECTFULLY, if you are looking for a party house, please move on to the next house.
While covered in the rules, I wanted to highlight some simple rules out of respect for the neighbors and neighborhood. While we have already covered the "no partying", we also limit the cars to four cars (without permission prior to the reservation) to prevent any type of partying or more guest than what is allowed.
Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of the garage. The owner keeps furnishings for future Airbnbs in the garage.
You will not have use of the fireplace during your stay.

Do you have a pet to bring? Please inform the host before arrival. A $69 pet fee (for up to 7 nights) must be paid before arrival.

Summary: As others have stated, the description and pictures are very accurate. The communication with the host(s) was spot on. We had everything we needed and the home is very convenient to everything in or near Woodstock. The neighborhood is old and a little run down, but we walked multiple times a day and felt very safe. The house was clean, newly remodeled, and I would definitely stay here again while visiting family. My only request would be to have some rugs to catch the clay/mud (it rained a lot while we were there and dogs track everything in, making the floors slippery). We ended up buying some rugs and using them. My other request would be to have people pick up their dog's waste in the yard so the next family has less navigating out in the back. It was a clean, big yard and this is not a complaint, just a suggestion to add to the lovely list of house rules. Thank you for having us at your cute home! We will be back!

Summary: 6 adults were very comfortable. Good beds. Very clean. No confusing instructions (thanks!). Good "hang out" areas with two sitting rooms and a deck. Good location between the city and the mountains, plus cute little city. All appliances worked well.
