PARTYING. This is NOT a party house. This is a large spacious home. It's great for large business groups, family and friends. However, we are not looking for groups whose true intent is to "party" in the house. We want the next guest to have a nice home for their enjoyment and we also want to be good neighbors to those around the home and for the neighborhood. So, RESPECTFULLY, if you are looking for a party house, please move on to the next house.
While covered in the rules, I wanted to highlight some simple rules out of respect for the neighbors and neighborhood. While we have already covered the "no partying", we also limit the cars to four cars (without permission prior to the reservation) to prevent any type of partying and no more then 10 guests.
Guests have access to the entire home including the garage.
You will not have use of the fireplace during your stay.

Summary: Perfect location for East Cobb tournaments!! Very close to Woodstock and in a safe area. Restaurants like Taco Mac, Raising Canes, and others (Target too) are less than 2 miles from the home. Big enough for 2 families, but def 8 people max. Porch area needs to be spruced up/cleaned a bit and could use some new furniture. There were some gnats in one bathroom and a few ants here and there on kitchen counters, but it’s an older home which can be somewhat expected and we were gone a lot, so this really didn’t affect us much. A/C went out the first day, but owners were extremely quick in getting it fixed!!! Would stay again for sure!!!
