Five bedroom/three bathroom townhouse in a very convenient location. Just park your car and walk to the beach, promenade, fish alley and all the best that the center of Sea Isle has to offer. This Welsh built home has been freshly painted throughout, has Central air, an outside shower, gas grill, garage and off street parking. The first floor features two bedrooms, a full bathroom and laundry room. First bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed (full on bottom/twin on top) and the second bedroom has a queen bed with deck access. Second floor has a huge family room with new couches, upgraded kitchen with center island and granite counters and front deck access. The second floor also has a full bathroom, one bedroom with a King bed and a rear deck. The Third floor features two bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom with a queen bed and a deck, and the other bedroom with two bunk beds along with a single trundle underneath. Wall mounted televisions with cable in every room. The use of 10 beach badges are provided as a convenience as well use of beach wonder cart and wagon to carry beach items. There are also bikes (4 - 26 Inch and 2 smaller bikes) as well as a second refrigerator and a bar in the garage.

Summary: We stayed at this lovely house, with 6 adults, 5 kids (ages 3,5,7,9&11). Very clean and comfortable, with lots of space and all the conveniences, including a garage full of bikes, beach carts and boogie boards. Plus the Keurig, Alexa, TV’s and games, just like a home away from home. Location was awesome, within walking distance to the beach, boards, playground, eateries and sunsets. Best place we ever stayed in SIC!
