Six bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms accommodate multiple families with ease. An oceanfront master suite with morning kitchen awaits one lucky couple, while a second master suite with sea and pool views and a marble and crystal bath is equally indulgent. Kids can pile into the 6-person bunk-room for a sleepover while other adults choose from three more well-appointed bedroom suites, all with their own baths.
Some of the amazing interior features of this villa include a fully outfitted chef's kitchen with Miele, Sub Zero and Wolf appliances, a media room with 70" flat screen TV, Foosball, Giant Wall Scrabble, Xbox One gaming system, Apple TV and Sonos, and 2 oceanfront master bedrooms! Oceanfront Master Bedroom 1 is expansive with sweeping ocean views and a morning kitchen. It also boasts a huge walk in closet, the perfect spot to set up pack and plays for you little ones yet retain some privacy. Master Bedroom 2 has direct pool and ocean views with a spectacular ensuite bathroom clad with marble and crystal. Two additional King bedrooms and one queen bedroom round out the adult bedrooms. Luxury Cayman Villa's signature bunk room sleeps 6 children (or one family) with 4 Twin beds and one Queen bed. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and there is a powder room off the main corridor.
The outside living space is equally spectacular, boasting the longest residential pool on the island with 2 hot tubs, a 3 foot deep child's pool, multiple sun shelves and fire features. Expansive deck space allows for sun or shade, lounging or dining. A fully equipped outdoor kitchen with dining and lounge areas rounds out the space. Point of View also has a private dock with shaded gazebo, perfect for relaxing, dining, or as a point of entry into the crystal clear Caribbean Sea.
The beach at Point of View is sandy and no shoes are needed. Take a walk to the east along the shoreline or to the west and admire some of the island's most opulent homes. The water entry from the beach has turtle grass and water shoes are recommended for guests. You can also access the water from the end of the dock where the water is about 6' deep and no shoes are needed. A Kayak and SUP are provided for guest use. For those who wish to explore Cayman's many fabulous beaches Seven Mile Beach and hidden gem Smith's Cove are within 10 minutes of the villa.

Summary: Vacationed with my family of 13. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy this fantastic place. The property management was second to none. They took very good care of us and assisted with transportation, groceries, etc. only drawback was the beach area behind the house. There was a substantial amount of seaweed and the water color was red for most of our stay. To explore beaches, it’s best to travel to seven mile beach area. Still a great trip!!

Summary: This house was all we could have hoped for. It was spacious, immaculate, and the small issues were resolved immediately. The view was spectacular, the amenities perfect, and we were very comfortable. The only issues were a lot of sea grass on the beach, which couldn't be avoided due to the weather and the wind, and the water pressure in the house was quite weak in some of the bathrooms. In total, our family of 12, ranging in age from 3-75, was very comfortable and happy.

The location on South Sound was close to shops and restaurants but not crowded at all. Our only complain is the beach at the home was covered in seaweed and essentially unusable. Hard to see in the pictures but the first 50 meters in the ocean around the house is all sea grass, not a clear sandy bottom. It is still fine but that doesn't show up in the pictures. The property management company was the best we have dealt with and helpful and attentive to any request. We would certainly stay there or any of their properties

From our initial point of contact with Luxury Cayman Villas, we knew we'd come to the right company to book a home to host our small wedding and host a small group of friends from overseas for a few nights. The interactions we had with various members of the team was impeccable. We really couldn't have asked for more. The house is in a superb location in Grand Cayman, and contains everything you need and more. The peaceful location is spectacular. I really cannot say enough about the house, or the Luxury Cayman Team, just to say you're in good hands and they know hospitality like no other. Thank you for being part of the memories we created.

Summary: The property itself was just terrific and extremely well appointed. The house manager was amazingly attentive. We itilized the concierge services to schedule reservations and excursions which was also excellent. The pool system and house amenities make it easy to want to stay on the property the whole time. House is great for families or several couples. Hope to come again (soon!).

We stayed here with 5 kids under 7 and it was perfect. They loved the bunk bed rooms as well as the easy access to the beach. As a family we loved the cooking and dining space. Would highly recommend. The sunrises and sunsets are incredible to watch from the deck

Summary: Our group comprised wife and i, two adult children and husbands and five grand children from 7 months to 15 years. we all LOVED the house. it is 6 bedrooms, super modern, fantastic huge kitchen, two dryers and washers, great pool that goes across the back with 2 hot tubs , 2 firepits, a great outdoor cooking area. the home is very close to Georgetown, restaurants, shops. etc. our trip had red seaweed which was unfortunate but nobody's fault. our Concierges Shamis and Alicia were both over the top. we always stat at 5 start homes and hotels and this place for sure is 5 star. great job owners and caretakers!

Our boys (ages 5 and 6) loved the pool and the soft sand on the beach. It was neat to be able to take kayaks and SUP's onto the water. The massage therapists and yoga instructor were all amazing as well. Joyce was A DOLL and so very kind and helpful. We loved everything about it!
