Our Family has had the opportunity to vacation on many Caribbean islands over the last 12 years. Grand Cayman is by far our favorite and most visited island! Nothing compares to Grand Cayman for it beautiful beaches, sparkling water and spectacular diving. In addition to its natural beauty; the totally safe and family friendly atmosphere of the island has made it our “go to” vacation spot. We have stayed at a variety of condos and resorts on the island and are happy to be able to finally call Crescent Point our home away from home. This newly renovated condo has the best combination of luxury, function, convenience and affordability to be found on Seven Mile Beach. Everything in Crescent Point #6 is new and the coastal chic décor creates an atmosphere of relaxation and comfort.
The master and first guest bedrooms have king beds. The third bedroom has twin xl beds that can be converted to a real king on request. All bedrooms have large flat screen tv’s and ample storage space. The kitchen boasts brand new, high end appliances featuring two convection ovens and is completely stocked with new dishware and cookware. The expansive center island accommodates everyone for socializing as well as dining. Plush, down filled couch in the living area wraps you in comfort after a day on the beach, in the water, or diving. For the divers, there is a very large ‘divers shower’ making rinsing and storing of dive and snorkel gear super convenient, while keeping the main two baths clear of any gear. In unit washer/dryer complete the convenience of your stay.
Our garden view, first floor condo is steps from the ocean. You’ll find beautiful grounds, large free-form pool and hot tub along the way. The beach is unique as it provides privacy, and great snorkeling; while being directly on Seven Mile beach and a very short walk to water sport rental and excursions at Red Sail in the Marriott.

This 3 Bedrooms Condo provides accommodation with Child Friendly, Pool, Balcony/Terrace, for your convenience. This Condo features many amenities for guests who want to stay for a few days, a weekend or probably a longer vacation with family, friends or group. Summary: The condo was perfect for our stay in Grand Cayman. It was spacious, fully stocked & in a great location for all things on 7 mile beach. We loved the comfortable couches and patio area. The property manager stayed super late one night to meet us for check in when our flight was delayed almost 7 hrs and was super responsive. The grounds of this condo building are impeccably kept with beautiful azaleas & landscaping and a crystal clear pool.

Summary: The condo was beautiful and spotless. Jessica and Pauline were both incredibly helpful with recommendations/info and very responsive. There was fantastic snorkeling right in front of the property and a great little beach area. Pool was awesome and location was close to all of the restaurants on 7 mile beach.

Summary: Our family of 5 stayed for a week during spring break and it was one of our favorite trips we’ve ever taken! The condo is exactly as described, newly renovated, clean, ground floor, steps from the pool! The pool was the perfect size and very clean, with easy beach access. The beach is pretty rocky but there is beach access just a few hundred feet away from the condo. Jessica was extremely responsive and so helpful with recommendations for restaurants, excursions, jet ski rentals, taxi services, etc! Excellent location to walk to most restaurants and stores. Easy taxi rides to lots of other restaurants. The whole area is very family friendly and safe! We are already planning another trip back! 10/10 would recommend this condo and can’t wait to come back soon!

Summary: The condo was absolutely beautiful, and it was a perfect fit for our family of four. The location and parking was convenient, and there were a lot of amenities that were within walking distance. The pool and beach were both beautiful. There was a pretty bad storm a few days before our arrival which rendered the pool unusable for a few days. The owner went out of her way to make it up to us. Weather can be unpredictable, so she definitely did not have to do that! Highly recommend!

Summary: Our family stayed in this property for a week over the holidays and loved it. This condo is located on the first floor and is near the pool and not far from the beach. The setup was perfect for our family of 5. The property setup and our experience with the owner was flawless. We were able to have groceries delivered to this property before our visit by coordinating with the owner and the property manager. I would definatly recommend and am planning to come back next year.
