Roomy, and offers a great beach vacation at a very reasonable price. Great location on private street close to restaurants and the county pier.
This quintessential beach cottage was originally built in 1970s and oozes with charm and character. While Not a new home, the home has amenities that new homes cannot offer. There is a main home and a guest cottage, covered parking and massive covered deck, covered outdoor dining area, on a large, private lot with huge concrete patio for tons of family fun. The owner reinvests in updates each year to provide a comfortable and modern home with the best beach access anywhere in PCB. The house is private, comfortable and clean, and well stocked.
Located on Oleander Dr, this street consists ONLY of beach cottages that range from the 1940s to Brand New multi million dollar homes. The beach in front of the house is rarely crowded as there are is no high density high rises or hotels nearby.
As you walk into the home from the covered Carport, you see the brand new remodeled kitchen, complete with built in HIBACHI grill. How much fun to make a griddle full of pancakes for breakfast or do your best Japanese Steak house impression for dinner. The Hibachi Griddle is fun and makes cooking seafood, steaks, eggs, and breakfast a breeze. There is also a suite of modern, new appliances and fully stocked kitchen. The owner is a restaurant owner and knows how to stock the kitchen.
On the first floor you will find a full-size laundry room, gulf front living room with covered sunroom perfect for games and resting between trips to the beach. There is also 2 king master bedrooms with ensuite baths. Additionally, there is a guest cottage detached, but under the same roof, it has a separate kitchen and living area, a large bedroom, small bedroom, and full bath.
Upstairs has 4 additional bedrooms, and a kitchenette and additional living/tv room perfect for the kids game room.
There is a King bedroom with balcony access and amazing gulf front views, there is a second gulf front bedroom and two more bedrooms. Upstairs the bedrooms share 2 full baths.
Outside the home is newly painted, and has a private walk out to the beach, Grilling area is provided and there are a number of loungers and chairs and beach essentials.
While the outside of the property does not have a pool or hot tub, it DOES have an expansive outdoor patio that is great for games, sunning, and enjoying the beach. There is also a firepit for smores or to have a glass of wine and toast the sunset.
The home sleeps 20 with absolute comfort.
The owner will consider dog under 25 Lbs and all pets must be approved in advance and there is a non refundable $225 pet fee that is additional.

Here are the rules.
No Smoking, Vaping or illicit drug use tolerated in the home.
A dog will be considered, no other pets will be allowed. All pets must be pre approved.
The minimum age for guests is 25 and the primary renter must occupy the house for the duration of the stay.
There is a strict and enforced NO High School or college Party Group rule.
Check in time is 4pm cst Check out time is 1 am cst
Parking is free and ample room for up to 6 vehicles.
A $750 Refundable security deposit will be collected the day prior to check in and will be refunded 3 days after stay if no excess damage has occurred.
We strongly recommend travel insurance, especially between June and October in the event of tropical systems.

Close to great food. The Pour has the best cinnamon rolls in the state. It is a not to be missed treat for breakfast and lunch. The best bargain in PCB.
Pizza. Nicks taste of Brooklyn pizza is right across the street.
FUN... close to the waterpark, putt-putt, and go carts
Close to the county pier for sightseeing and fishing. Fireworks are shot of the pier at July 4th and other events. You have a front row seat.
Firepit on the beach side. The patio has a wonderful firepit. Must be kept ON the patio. You cannot take it on the sand.
The price! Beach Roost is a fraction of many of the other homes in the area. Still an affordable family vacation.
