Enjoy this lovely lakefront cottage situated on Lake Champlain with expansive views and a 'two cups of coffee' sunrise.
Situated on a private dead end road, this 3 bed 1 bath home offers the option of relaxation or an abundance of activities. With 85' of lake frontage on Alburgh's east shore and a state boat launch a mile away, enjoy swimming, boating or fishing on the water. Take to the land and try out some biking, hiking, golf or other endless outings either locally or on a day trip to Burlington, St. Albans or Montreal (all about an hour or less away).

Single level ranch style home with an open floor plan allowing for a feeling of togetherness with family and friends. All rooms are equipped with heat and air conditioning. Bedrooms also have ceiling fans.
We are all about the #LAKELIFE lifestyle and want to make your vacation a breeze. We provide linens, bath and beach towels, washer, dryer and general toiletries for your convenience. The kitchen is equipped with all essentials: utensils, cookware, dinnerware, etc. A grill will be located outside for use as well.
Enjoy the convenience of the private dock allowing for quick access to boating or fishing!
The cottage is smoke free. Off street parking has room for 4 vehicles in the driveway with extra room across the road for any additional vehicles or boat trailers.

Summary: This house was just right for four adults. The additional bunk room would be fun for kids as well. Nice attention to detail and ‘if you forgot’ items. Comfortable beds. Very clean! The weather let us have a great view of the stormy lake but the outdoor space would be great for sitting and playing. Host was very attentive and friendly.

Summary: We celebrated our Anniversary here. With plans to travel north at some point. This was a great location. Lakeside in a quiet neighborhood with everything you could need and stones throw from everything you wanted. I will definitely be back and recommend this to others agetaway.

Summary: The overall feel of the place was amazing, it was beautiful inside and out. We were able to feel relaxed and comfortable while having a beautiful view. Will definitely stay again!

Summary: My partner and I (both in our early 60’s) stayed here in the Fall. Crisp air. Lake and mtn views. Fire pit. House warm on cold nights. We brought our own pillows and quilts. We cozied up on the recliner couch with our quilts and watched movies. We baked cookies and made all of our meals. The oven runs about 25 degrees too hot so keep that in mind for baking. We will be back for sure!! Owners are the best!! We called for help with an issue and he was there so fast. We stayed an extra night. Can’t wait for our next stay!!

Summary: We had such a lovely time, during our stay. The house was perfect everything and more we could have ask for. Everything was quiet and at peace. From the extra toiletries to the mixture for baking. We cannot recommend this place more. And we will be back to visit this amazing place.

Summary: This property was perfect for our family! Beautiful mornings drinking coffee looking over the lake.. The owners thought of everything: inside games/activities for kids, outdoor activites, kayaks, poles, coffee, and all the little touches. I hope to come back again!
