4 Bedroom House in Foxton Beach

Fullly fenced - Huge flat sunny front and back section, perfect for children of all ages. Section and house maintain all day sun. Free internet provided for your stay
Back yard is fully fenced which is great for families or sit under the front porch at the outdoor table and chairs to watch the kids play on the front lawn. Front porch is fully covered so even nice to sit under if raining. BBQ provided here.
Facilities include microwave, dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, TV and DVD player. Woodburner and firewood supplied. Kitchen fully stocked with crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots, baking, serving dishes, sandwich press, electric beater.
Bathroom has a shower, vanity, toilet. There is a 2nd toilet off the 3rd bedroom. House has new carpet just installed November 23.
A range of children toys inside, car ramps and garage, dolls house, books, games, and a large selection of DVDS. Toys in the garage shed include, trikes, scooters, see-saw, tennis and badminton rackets, cricket set and boogie boards.
BYO bed linen and towels but pillows, mattress protectors, duvets and covers are provided. Port-A-Cot in bedroom wardrobe.
Separate laundry with washing machine.
There is a sleepout adjoined to the garage with bunks. Garage not included.
Located 200 meters from Foxton Reserve, Duckpond, Huge Playground, 3 Tennis Courts, Pump track and BikeTrack. Another Pirate Playground further down the main road. There is also a new waterpark in Foxton which is a 5 minute drive from the Bach.
Short walk to local restaurant and ice cream counter, open from 10.00 through to dinner, or use the really popular local fish and chip shop or cafe down the road.
Nice and quiet flat streets for riding bikes, walking, going to feed the ducks. Estuary, River, Boat Club and Bush walks nearby.
Local Four Square has everything, including fresh baked bread each day.
Sand dunes 50 metres away - follow the sand dune walking track at the end of the street directly to the beach (10 min walk through dunes).
8 Beds to choose from (including sleepout), but we allow a maximum of 6 guests.
Cost per night is for 4 people. Extras are charged at $20 pp per night to a maximum of 6 guests.
Special conditions:
Smoking allowed outside only.
Long weekends minimum 3 nights stay.
NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave; Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels);

Summary: This property was everything that a group of 5 ladies could want.it was very clean and there were 4 bedrooms inside with a set of bunks plus 2 single beds. 2 queen size beds. the only thing that we saw as a trip hazzard was the large rug in the lounge, it did not lie flat, but we rolled it up and popped it behind the couch. other than that the house was just perfect for us

Summary: Had such a wonderful time in the house with comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Easy access to the sea, river and great recreational area. Such a bonus to be able to have bikes and play equipment to use. A perfect holiday home!Communication with the owner was wonderful too! Thank you!

Summary: The Bach was a nice place to stay while my son was completing in a sports competition in Palmerston North. The communications with the owner were good. The beach is not far and we enjoyed walking on the beach and watching the sunset from the sand dunes. I recommend the Bach as a place to stay.
