The house is closed to the ancient medieval site of Gaville Castle, just 15 minutes from Greve in Chianti and Figline Valdarno and 40 minutes form the cities of Florence, Siena and Arezzo, just the true heart of Tuscany.
The Villa is completely independent, there are other nearby residences and it is completely separate from the owner's residence, but close to it for any needs and questions.
The villa, surrounded by olive groves, extends over 2 floors / levels for a total of 140 sqm, overlooking a large private garden composed of several yards, porches, terraces and green areas and flowers where everyone can find his ideal place to relax and enjoy the Countryside, its smells and charm.
The villa is conceived for 6 people (6 adults and a maximum of 3 children in addiction), but can be suitable for up to 7 adults.

The house is equipped with satellite TV, wifi internet, central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, oven and microwave, gas stove, wood oven and barbecue.
Guests have exclusive use of the villa as well as the private garden, the parking inside and, only on request, of the swimming pool.
The ground floor is composed of 5 rooms: a living room, a kitchen, a laundry room, a small office and a bathroom.
Coming from the garden and passing through double French windows it is possible to enter the living room furnished with a sofa and comfortable armchairs, TV and a rich collection of children's toys and books available for use.
The dining room, located on the right, has a large table which can host up to 14 guests.
Close to the living room and near the doorway, there is a small office with a desk and a reading area.
On the ground floor there is a laundry room with a washing machine, a ironing area, a large fridge and a freezer.
On the other side of the laundry, you can find the kitchen which is equipped with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a confortable table for breakfast for 8 guests. From the kitchen you can access the yard with all the necessary for lunch and dinner outside and a barbecue area. Close to the kitchen there is a wood-fired oven which is fantastic for cooking pizzas and typical Tuscan dishes and it will be possible to use it with the assistance of the owners.
There is a bathroom with a shower on the ground floor.
A stone staircase with a wonderful artistic wrought iron banister, decorated with branches and leaves, allows access to the first floor.
The first floor is composed of 6 rooms: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a square terrace furnished with relaxing facilities. All rooms have a view of the countryside.
The "Blue bedroom" has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.
The "Red Bedroom" has two single large size beds, but they have become a confortable queen-size bed on request.
The "Roses' bedroom" has a queen-size bed.
The "Poppy's bedroom" has a double single bed for teenagers. This room has access to a shaded and cool terrace, enjoyable expecially in the morning.
The other bathroom on the floor has a large sink, toilet and shower.
The "Blue bedroom" and the "Red bedroom" are large enough to accommodate a third single bed for an adult or a small bed for children.
The pool is surrounded by olive trees and it is bordered by a grove of oak trees belonging to the property.
The pool dimension is 50 sqm (5m × 10m). It has a confortable underwater seats, with massaging water jets, perfect for relaxing, reading or enjoying a drink while refreshing in the water.
The solarium area, extended for 160 sqm, is furnished with relaxing facilities and is paved in travertine. Thanks to the panorama it is a wonderful area for cocktail.
The garden, extended for about 450 sqm, features several outside dining spaces as well as several porches for relaxion.
