Positive: The village resort is a great place for kids, with lots of great water park features, pool tables and ping pong tables, a mini arcade and adventure park with net play, treetop climbing, crazy golf.
Negative: I felt like the apartment was tired and needed some TLC. The air con system broke down 3 times while we were there, and a couple of nights the heat was unbearable. We experienced no cleaners coming to our apartment the entire 10 days we were there, and we had to buy all the cleaning equipment, toilet roll etc ourselves, which is not what I would expect for a 4-star stay. Everything is heavily monetised and prices are very high-- the onsite supermarkets are extremely expensive, and the adventure park prices also heavily inflated.
Summary: Great for families but services let the resort down

Positive: The village we were in (San. Andrea) was very well served despite the low season.
Negative: The check in! If I do it online I don't have to wait half an hour among those who haven't done it to tell the counter operator that I have done it. A special station could be created for this type of check in, speeding up everything.

Negative: Each use of the advertised attractions requires a significant additional payment. The staff, despite being Italian, were not familiar with tourist activities or good restaurants outside the park.

Positive: We liked the tented accomodation, and facilities (a great shower inside the tent). Beds were comfortable and the terrace overlooking the hills (we were in the upper part of the site, which was our luck) was a bonus. Reception was well staffed and helpful. Pool area, also at the upper section, was very pleasant. Shuttle bus to train station convenient. African performance artists on the one night were amazing.
Negative: We were not impressed with the quality of the restaurants, and the information given by the staff member of the information point. He told us to go and download the app to find the information, instead of giving it to us while we were standing in front of him.
