Summary: This house is perfect for a game weekend at Arizona or for someone on business involving downtown locations and/or the University. The enclosed patio is fabulous. The distance to cool historic sites is 1 or 2 blocks. Congress road, with all of its fun shops, etc., is just three or four blocks away. Lots of good restaurants close by. We walked to and from the university on game day and walked to Time Market for breakfast - both were nice long walks, but easier than dealing with traffic. Plus, the historic neighborhoods are fire. The only negative was that no grocery stores in Tucson are open after 10 pm. Also note, the house has only one garage but it does not fit a large pickup truck (extended cab Chevy Silverado). But, the garage is awesome for a smaller vehicle. There was street parking to accommodate our extra vehicle. This could be a problem for guests travelling with two vehicles. For guests flying in from out-of-town, you may not even need a vehicle given the incredible proximity of this house to everything we wanted. As for the interior, the house was nicer than it looked in the pictures. It is incredibly roomy, also very quiet neighborhood, the kitchen was nice and large with plenty of room for cooking. The living room comfortably sat 10 people. The master bedroom was larger than a studio apartment and had a nice secluded office nook. We would definitely return to this property on future Tucson trips. I cannot say enough about it. I would have actually paid more :)

Summary: This is a beautiful home and would stay again; but have some comments and suggestions: 1. Area is slightly run down/ lots of road construction, not too close to walkable streets. 2. As you exit the garage there is a high cement rise from the transition between garage and sidewalk which scraped our car and can cause damage. you can see how many cars have had same problem by the multiple cement cuts; easy fix: have someone sand down the cement rise. 3. Parking ; although it is somewhere in the internet, you should clearly state: how to provide parking for second car: Need a permit? there are not obvious parking meters. overall really enjoyed our stay.

Summary: This updated property was perfect for our family. We were celebrating a U of A graduation. Convenient for Ubers and driving and parking in the private garage. The outdoor patio is a great spot to sit and talk. And the inside is spacious and clean. Highly recommend.

Summary: My family thoroughly enjoyed our three-night stay at this property (our first time to Tucson). As listed, the home was clean and beautifully appointed. It provided ample space for our family with bedroom arrangements that suited our family perfectly. The office space off of the master was also great my son as he was able to complete some work tasks while away from home. My family really loved the beautiful, private patio space as we could spend some time together while enjoying the great Tucson weather. The location is fantastic as we walked to restaurants and was also in easy driving distance to other attractions (UA, Saguaro NP, Desert Museum). We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: House is well situated within walking distance of major downtown attractions. Among le space to spread out. Garage is challenging for longer or lower cars, but still workable. Convenient entry to house from garage. Lots of smart tvs.

Summary: Loud freight train nearby was annoying . Lack of basic providions including garbage bags, a sponge dishwasher soap, etc. We had to buy all kinds of basic things. There was no information including where to put the garbage. The water in one of the showers did not get hot. House in need of TLC. I do not recommend.

Summary: I rented this property for a sister’s weekend with my two sisters. The property was beautiful and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the area and ability to walk around downtown Tucson and nearby restaurants. Having El Charro so close was a bonus! I would recommend it and definitely rent it again.
