Original adobe 1 bedroom Casa built in the 1930's. Newly renovated and modernized to accommodate your needs. Private entrance, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and can sleep 2. Complete kitchen with tile counter tops, lots of cooking utensils and many appliances (refrigerator, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker). Living area has original open beam ceiling, fireplace and milk window. Very cozy and comfortable with 48" flat screen TV in living room, 32'' flat screen TV in bedroom, both with DVD players and DVD movie collection. Cable television and free Wi-Fi internet is provided. Air condition and heat. Unit has washer and dryer. Front outdoor seating for happy hour and sunset viewing. Private patio in back with BBQ and outdoor seating for relaxing or enjoying meals. Access to bicycles. Shared driveway with parking for one vehicle. The driveway is monitored with a Ring security system.
Located in Central Tucson off North Campbell Avenue in the quiet Samos neighborhood. Very close to the University of Arizona and University Medical Center. Many shops and restaurants in walking distance along with a grocery store. Short driving distance to downtown Tucson and Tucson's famous 4th Avenue featuring a variety of shopping, restaurants and night life. Many parks and outdoor activities in close proximity.

Summary: Place was amazing with so many extra amenities. House was cool and comfortable with amazing front and rear verandas for morning coffee and evening conversations. Place was beautifully and lovingly landscaped (not seen on photos) Owners friendly, helpful, and responsive. I’ve stayed in many vacation rentals and this one is my favorite. It’s centrally located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Better than home cuz it's very clean without all the clutter. Recommend and would stay again.

Summary: Was a wonderful place to return to after shopping at the gem show all day. I wish I had the kitchen in my home. Owners were on sight if we had needed anything. Quiet and secure.

Summary: The unit was freshly renovated and it showed. This was actually the cleanest short term rental unit I’ve ever stayed in. Everything (floors, paint, furniture, appliances, faucets, etc.) was newer and fresh. Water pressure, flow and temperature were great. The heater worked well to compensate for the cold PM hours when the outdoor temperature drops. The unit is located in a nice area on a quiet street and the unit itself feels very secure. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. I am a licensed home inspection professional and I notice all of the little details, so no complaints from me is a compliment.

Summary: I love this house. The cleanliness of this place is outstanding. Front and back porches that were comfortable and private. It had every amenity you could imagine. This place is beautiful inside and out. If you are looking for a central location in Tucson, this is the one. Restaurants and shopping are very close as well. All in all this is the best VRBO property I have been too. Thank you!!!!
