We pride ourselves on creating space for memorable family vacations. It is safe and suitable for children or infants. The maximum occupancy limit is 10 guests, including adults and children. We provide one (1) Playpen for infants. Therefore, The maximum number of infants is 2.
This home is centrally located with excellent access to Disneyland, Anaheim Convention Center, Downtown Orange, Angel Stadium, Honda Center, Knott’s Berry Farm, Universal Studios, shopping, dining as well as Old Towne Orange, one of the most charming historic downtown areas in Southern California. Great architecture, great location, great community - come and experience the attributes of midcentury modern living in the celebrated city of Orange. Additionally, quick access to freeway 55, 5, 22… and beaches are just miles away! Don’t miss out on this special place! A great house, a great neighborhood, and is a great place to be with families and friends!
GUEST ACCESS: Self check-in with keypad anytime after 3 PM-10PM. Guests have access to the entire house and backyard. It is very private, home backs up to a school.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS: We will ensure that you will have the best vacation is possible, so don't hesitate to get in touch about anything! Restaurant recommendations, reservations, shopping, beach suggestions or anything for the house, please let us know.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
* Trash day is Wednesday. If you stay during that day, for privacy, please take the garbages/recycling bins to curb on Tuesday night and bring them back in the next day, Wednesday night. Thank you!
* Street Sweeping day is Thursday, so be sure to park in the driveway so you don't get a ticket.
* For your safety, there are cameras in front of the house, the backyard and inside the garage.

* Overview: This is a very safe, friendly and quiet neighborhood! Please help us respect the neighbors by keeping the noise down after 10 PM. NO outside activities between 10PM - 8AM

Summary: We spent our Thanksgiving holiday week at this home and it was so nice. Great kitchen and good size rooms for everyone to have space. (very clean too!!) The hosts were very welcoming and easy to reach if needed. Loved the extra touch of the Christmas tree and poinsettia plants in the family room!! We would definitely come back again!!

Summary: place was absolutely perfect. We stayed with friends (4 adults, 4 kids under 7) and the house is perfectly set up for such a group. The living room includes toys, games, etc and is well set up for kids to play. Backyard was nice for kids to get some fresh air. And location of 15min to Disney was ideal. Kitchen was perfect for cooking, well stocked and all you could ask for to cook. Would 100% stay again!

Summary: I have stayed in several rental properties and this one (by far) is the best. It was very clean. Mike and Le thought of everything to make this feel like our home. Mike and Le replied quickly to my many questions and also suggested other venues for us to go to. The well stocked cupboards with dishes, condiments etc. was appreciated. There were snacks, fruit etc. waiting for us on the table. After a long flight and everyone being hungry the snacks/fruit were appreciated by all of us. . This house was perfect for our group of 7 adults and 2 children. Lots of room for everyone to have their own space. The 3 bathrooms were nice to have. The kitchen was large and no one felt like they were in each other's way. All the guests say the beds were comfortable. This house was located close to everything. We had rented a mini van but it didn't hold all of us so we used Uber as well. Disneyland, John Wayne airport, Medieval Times, Mini golf, Great Wolf Lodge (waterpark), were all close to the house.

Summary: Home is perfect! We had our family of 9 and plenty of space with no one feeling on top of each other. Arrived to find the house immaculate, cold water bottles, and additional snacks and food available for us to use. Felt like we had just checked into a luxury hotel. They thought of everything down to well-placed night lights. Backyard is great for corn hole & a relaxing outdoor meal. For power wheelchairs—front emtrance has a 3-4” step and 2-3” lip at front door. Back porch also has small rise out the door. We travel with a small ramp that worked perfectly. Rest of home is wide & spacious. Thank you for such a great experience!
