Visit our stunning five-bedroom, three-bathroom home that has been beautifully decorated by a designer and completely remodeled inside and out! Everything is brand new as of January 2022.
The house is two stories. There are four Cal-King master bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom. The three upstairs Cal-King masters share a hallway bathroom. The remaining bedroom is a queen bed located on the main floor with access to the downstairs hallway bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with 47'' LCD TVs. The bathrooms have all been upgraded with tile floors and quartz countertops, and the home features beautiful hardwood floors throughout.
The main living room is spacious and open-concept. The kitchen has been beautifully upgraded with stainless steel appliances, including a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. There is plenty of seating at the custom dining room table, with additional seating in the kitchen nook. Additionally, there is a separate family room so kids and parents can have their own space. The main living room includes a 60-inch TV with a DVD player and Hi-Speed Wireless Internet. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.
The home also includes a full-size washer and dryer, central air, and heat. The couches have pullout mattresses, and the patio has seating and a grill so you can enjoy the outdoors.
Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee. The pool is heated to 82
This house SLEEPS 12 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 12 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
Maximum Vehicles 3. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.

No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.

A refundable $500 security deposit is due at the time of booking.

Summary: We had a successful trade show experience while staying in this home. Lots of logistics and signage all over the property so expect to receive lots of comms.

Summary: This house was exactly the right number of rooms and beds for our family. We arrived in the middle of a strong rain storm--and we were extremely tired and excited. The property manager was very communicative with us prior to our trip and everything in the house was exactly what we expected. We found a delightful Japanese restaurant close by on Yelp and that was helpful. We were in Disneyland pretty much the entire time, and the house's location was a pretty easy freeway ride away. We never got to use all the extra amenities, but everything looked in great shape and very clean. We also loved that every bed was king size. I would recommend staying at this home again.

Summary: Plenty of room for the whole fam and our married kids! We had a great stay at this home for our Thanksgiving weekend and Disney. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and two ovens were nice. Clean and well maintained. Two living areas were nice and the game room in garage was perfect. A wide variety of strollers to choose from if you have any little also. The only suggestion would be to tighten some of the legs on the dining room table that were wobbly and loose but that’s an easy fix. Also no one ever got back to us when we requested a late check out. Would have been nice to know either way for planning. Overall great stay, thank you!

Summary: Overall the house was nice. The kitchen cabinets actually had a missing front and a lot of them didn’t close properly and hinges were all loose. We noticed a few rats running along the back stone wall.

Summary: Very clean, nice open spaces for our group of 11 to feel at home. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. The pool was clean and fun for our family. The beds were very comfortable with nice bedding. Plenty of pool towels for our family. Perfect location in nice safe neighborhood and 20 mins from Disney.
