While you may be staying in a regular family home, our intention is to provide hotel-quality comfort for your stay, regardless of the type of property. This requires extensive cleaning after each check-out to ensure every guest is able to experience our properties at their best. Our cleans also include hotel-quality linen on all our beds, bathroom toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner, as well as tea, coffee & hot chocolate for your first couple of days.
For stays exceeding 14 days, a mid-stay clean is required to keep the property at the highest standards. Summary: The house was great and pretty much perfect for our needs. Just a couple of things - the wifi was quite weak so tricky if you are hoping to work there. Also, the description said there was a dryer but there isn’t. Neither caused us too many issues and we will definitely be back. They were also really helpful and great to communicate with. Thank you!

Summary: We definitely recommend this property. It was exceptionally clean and tidy. Had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. Bed was comfortable, linens were high end. Twenty-five minute walk to the center of Christchurch where you can enjoy the riverside market, walk along the Avon river or treat yourself to many of the restaurants in the terrace.

Summary: This is a very comfortable house, a large lounge kitchen area with everything that opens and shuts, no clothes drier, but has an outdoor line and a very good clothes airer if outside is not an option, the entire house has sunscreen only blinds that can be seen through at night when lights are on, both bedrooms only have sunscreen blinds too, they need drapes to block the light out, street light shines in.
