Enter a beautiful, cozy, and updated country chic Home in Aggieland!
Built in 2009, this 3 bedroom/2 bath home offers a fantastic location near parks, down town shopping/food/drinks and all of the entertainment the Bryan/College Station area has to offer! Located only a mile from Blinn College and just 4 miles from Texas A&M University you will have quick and easy access to any event that brings you to town!
Fully furnished with an all you could need to cook kitchen, clean restrooms and comfy bedrooms - there is a space to enjoy for all! Catch the game or a family movie in our brand new fabulous sectional. Or sneak away for your favorite show and a nap in any of the 3 bedrooms with smart tv’s.
Remember to check out an outdoor space all decked out with outdoor lighting, fan, dining furniture (table & seating for 8), extra outdoor sitting areas, a grill and even an outdoor smart tv too! Little things like giant connect 4, Jenga or corn hole; along with a fully loaded game cabinet inside, make for nights of fun creating memories that’ll last a life time!
With the goal of ease and comfort in mind we provide self check in with your very own personal door code. Enjoy your very own private parking with access to the garage as needed and outdoor cameras with your very own indoor monitor for keeping an eye on the kiddos or just some added peace of mind.
Have fur babies? No problem! As a proud mommy of two 12 yo pups, I understand traveling without them can be difficult and want to make sure you know they are always welcome! Don’t worry about bringing couch covers, doggy beds or bowels as all will be provided!
*We do ask that no pet be permitted on the furniture as there is an additional cleaning fee to remove pet hair from couches/beds/pillows etc.
($50 standard pet fee)

Summary: My family stayed in Abigail’s home during the Texas Association of Basketball Coaches /Texas UIL Girls Basketball showcase. Five adults and a couple fur babies in our group. The home was very clean with extra everything easily accessible. Smart tv’s everywhere. USB’s at the bedsides. Washer and dryer. Outside covered sitting area and fast internet. The cherry on the top is a nice quiet neighborhood with a very pretty city park just a short walk, 4 tenths of a mile away. A great place to take small children and pets.

Summary: This was our second stay at this property. It's hard to find a place that accepts cats and the host was very accommodating on that front. The house was comfortable and is just a short drive from downtown Bryan, but getting to the University was pretty quick too. The neighborhood is quiet, and well off the main roads without being isolated. We enjoyed our stay. We'd definitely stay her again.

Summary: We had to come to town for a very complicated surgery for one of our labs. Property was great and met our needs. Abigail was very accommodating and easy to work with.

Summary: Very nice house. Beds were very comfortable. Will stay again. Street is narrow for parking and backyard fence is in poor shape. There is a boards holding up one portion. The lawn was not cut due to rain but the owner had excellent communication and got the lawn cut for us.

Summary: This was my first time to Bryan College Station. We were in town for a weeding and had our dogs traveling with us. The place was very nice and clean. The beds were super comfy!! Great stay!

Summary: They had everything you could possibly need. I left some items at home and she had it there! Tons of towels and sheets. They had very comfortable beds and couches, beautiful patio area, all the basics you need for cooking and absolutely beautiful decorations. I can see why they consistently get a 10 out of 10. If we ever go back to this area in Texas, this is where we will stay!
