Positive: Good central location, a bit noisy because in the heart of the city near the university. The room was spacious, clean. Appreciated the rooms on the ground floor. Much easier for older people to access.

Positive: Fantastic location in walking distance of all points of interest. Comfortable and quirky. Friendly welcome and check-in. We had an upstairs unit which we loved but there was a bit of noise from the street. Will definitely consider for another visit to Dunedin - thank you 🤩
