Positive: I was pleasantly surprised at the utensils and appliances available in the kitchen. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Negative: The couch wasn't very comfortable, but it served the purpose. We were in the mobility room and I think the outdoor table/chair I was using actually belonged to the neighboring room.

Summary: Nice clean room with excellent kitchen facilities. Perfect base in Dunedin.
