This home includes two treetop decks for outdoor lounging, comfortable luxury beds, high-speed internet, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer! You'll love kicking back with the family to stream your favorite movies and shows on the home's Roku TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your friends and family. When it's time to get in a little sun, the beach is only two blocks away, so be sure to pack extra sunscreen for your trip! (Calling all surfers: there is a good surf break at 10th East!) After a day in the Atlantic, come home to spritz away the sand under the outdoor shower. You can easily rent bicycles, golf carts, surfboards, and paddleboards during your stay and a 10-block bicycle ride will take you to the quaint local shops and restaurants of downtown Folly Beach. Historic downtown Charleston is less than 13 miles north, perfect for an enjoyable day of sightseeing.

Summary: The location was good. The house was perfect for our family. Located within walking distance to the beach. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay here.

Summary: The property is much smaller than the pics suggest. The sitting area was barely large enough for our family of four. There wasn’t really an area to hang out and I guess I missed that it didn’t have a dish washer- however, the home has a great location to the beach and we loved the Folly area.

Summary: We had to leave. We found blood stains and hair on sheets , Filthy carpet, moldy shower curtain. The top step of the outdoor stairs was broken. There was no outside lighting so a fall was waiting to happen. Not what I expect from vrbo.

Summary: Traveled to the Tree House during the rain storm as hurricane Helene was making her way up the coast. Lost electricity, was restored next morning. Neighbor cleaned up the yard and branches, our service dog was very thankful for that. First time visiting Folly beach. Only a ahort walk to the beach for morning coffee, so convenient! Covered deck was great to hangout with the family and spend quality time. Hope to stay here again next year!
