Positive: The host on site was responsive and helped us with all our needs. It was clean, and convenient being right next to the beach. Highly recommended for those that don't need an all-inclusive resort. Almost the same benefits for a fraction of the price.

Negative: It's just a pity that you can't sit on the balcony because across the street are low roofs with air conditioner motors that heat. But the view from the apartment is beautiful,

Positive: The location was fantastic— right on the beach, but far enough away from the mega-resort tourist area. Supermarket steps away. View was amazing, beds were comfortable, plenty of room for our party of 6
Negative: The bathrooms were not ideal. One shower didn’t work, and the drains were all slow.

Negative: Only one key for a 4 bedroom meant we were leaving the door open a lot or juggling who had the key. The patio had no tables or chairs on it. The ocean view includes looking at some rooftops of buildings in front of us
