Positive: The location was perfect — close to everything we needed, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing time. The view from the room was absolutely lovely, especially during sunset. Everything was clean and well-maintained, which made our stay extra comfortable. Would definitely come back again!

Negative: Not enough hot water for showering a family of 5. The 4th person took a cold shower and the 5th person has to take shower in the next morning. The hot water system may need a check.

Positive: Beautiful house with amazing views. Really well fitted out. Thoughtfully equipped. It's 10mins from Hobart CBD but is large, well equipped and sunny! We ate in nearby North Hobart a few times and had great meals.
Summary: Great place to stay. We'd happily go back.

Positive: Comfortable and well appointed home. Kind and thoughtful host. Well stocked pantry - coffees, teas, ingredients, milk and the ice cream was a delightful surprise. Amber was always reachable and responsive. The view is amazing and the furnishing is delightful. Beds are very comfortable and the neighborhood very quiet. Location is also very convenient, we were able to get to the tourist areas easily. Food and grocery just a short drive away. Wallabies grazing around the area all the time
Negative: It is not a dislike but a caution for consideration. The home is situated up a steep driveway (which is normal for all homes in the area), so walking up to the home in winter can be challenging to the elderly. There is also a flight of stairs to climb to reach the living areas, Lugging huge bags up and down was challenging for us. However, going up and down the stairs is not an issue on a daily basis.

Negative: The driveway was a bit steeper than appeared in the photos and also the stairwell on entry into the house was unexpected (bit of a job to get the suitcases upstairs).
