Summary: First of all, they said that I had changed the reservation but Expedia had not contacted the hotel. The staff is always eager to provide good service. Breakfast is inadequate, low in vegetables and protein. There are many large houses around and few supermarkets or shops. However, there is a restaurant about a five minute walk away where you can have dinner.

Summary: The receptionist is friendly and speak good english and basically dont have any communication issue. And they even took us out from grab car with umbrella in the driving rains day when car arrived. room is cozy and breakfast was fantastic too

Summary: Really nice place tucked away off of Than Lwin Road – so nice and quiet, surrounded with trees. Easy to get anywhere in Yangon quickly and cheaply (Grab ...) Everything was super-clean, the owner very nice, the staff great, the room comfortable and delicious breakfast served in a lovley patio area. Highly recommended.

Summary: Very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and rooms were great, our room had a nice view of the famous pagoda. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early. Location is in a quiet neighborhood about 20-30 mins from the airport and 10-15 minutes taxi from city center. Would recommend to all and would definitely stay again!!!
