Summary: First of all, they said that I had changed the reservation but Expedia had not contacted the hotel. The staff is always eager to provide good service. Breakfast is inadequate, low in vegetables and protein. There are many large houses around and few supermarkets or shops. However, there is a restaurant about a five minute walk away where you can have dinner.

Summary: The receptionist is friendly and speak good english and basically dont have any communication issue. And they even took us out from grab car with umbrella in the driving rains day when car arrived. room is cozy and breakfast was fantastic too

Summary: What was good: clean, friendly and helpful staff, quiet location, nice, simple breakfast, no plastic (environmentally conscious). A lovely boutique style hotel. What could be better: room is quite small.

Summary: Really nice place tucked away off of Than Lwin Road – so nice and quiet, surrounded with trees. Easy to get anywhere in Yangon quickly and cheaply (Grab ...) Everything was super-clean, the owner very nice, the staff great, the room comfortable and delicious breakfast served in a lovley patio area. Highly recommended.

Summary: Very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and rooms were great, our room had a nice view of the famous pagoda. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early. Location is in a quiet neighborhood about 20-30 mins from the airport and 10-15 minutes taxi from city center. Would recommend to all and would definitely stay again!!!

Summary: It was my first stop in Myanmar. I was greeted by friendly staffs and they showed me the room and surrounding area. The room was clean and bright which I was able to see the golden pagoda from my window. The staff also helped me to buy urgent bus ticket to Bagan which I was not able to find it on internet. Myanmar people are all nice but the staffs here are the best!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this little gem of a hotel. The location in one of Yangon’s nicest neighborhoods is very peaceful, and there are several nice restaurants within walking distance. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated, with a very comfortable bed. The hotel itself is charming and the food at the cafe is delicious, but the best part is the lovely staff, who are super-attentive and sweet. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Myanmar.
