There is a utility room on the lower level with washing machine. There are 3 double bedrooms on the lower ground floor with a separate toilet and family bathroom. In one of the large double bedrooms you also find a bunkbed for the children. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with amazing sea views, and a further double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
