Positive: We needed a room unexpectedly when the Ocracoke>Hatteras ferry shut down due to high winds. Even though the Anchorage Inn office was closed, getting a room for the night couldn't have been easier. Bonus points for being pet-friendly!

Positive: The property was clean. The staff was friendly, and it was the absolute closest hotel to the ferry, beautiful views of the lake and boats.

Negative: If you don’t like Anchorage Inn hotel and Marina, you won’t like anything

Negative: It was so noisy! The ac was broken and I know yall knew about it because you shoved towels under it and were working on it through our stay, but it worked so I didn’t complain but it was noisy along with people walking through the hall throughout the night and we could hear every part of their conversation even when they weren’t being loud
