Summary: This house was kid friendly with trampoline and playscape in the back and toys and books inside however they charged and insurance fee for a child coming. The house was perfectly set up for our needs and was lovely. Could use some upgrades to couches and beds. Overall good experience though.

Summary: The hosts were incredibly accommodating, attentively catering to our travel needs. Yet, had our stay extended beyond a single night, we would have likely sought alternative accommodations. The pet-friendly environment was immediately apparent upon arrival, although the abundance of candles helped alleviate any lingering odors. Regrettably, the couches were noticeably unclean, making it challenging to relax and socialize comfortably. Additionally, the beds left much to be desired in terms of comfort. On a more positive note, the presence of a full-size washer and dryer proved invaluable when a friend's shirt was stained just before our scheduled event. Overall, while our experience wasn't entirely unfavorable, I wouldn't consider revisiting it, particularly due to my sensitivity to pet odors. Furthermore, I wouldn't recommend this place for stays exceeding one night, unless one's priority is simply a place to crash with little regard for the surroundings.

Summary: We came in for several A&M events this last weekend. Part was the Association of Former Students Fall Leadership Council meeting, the A&M vs Mississippi State Football game, the 1st round game of the NCAA Women's Soccer Championships between A&M and Colorado. The home is located about 8-10 minutes from the campus, depending on traffic and where on campus you're heading, which made it convenient. The home has three bedrooms, two baths - family, dining room and kitchens - large yard - and we spent very little time there. Very appealing place, just not where we spent time.

Summary: Although the neighborhood isnt much to look at, the house is GREAT. We had so much room to talk, play games, spread out, etc. Trampoline was a hit with teenagers too. We were there for college move in, but this house is away from all the college craziness, but not too far. It was perfect and will stsy there again
