Positive: All the rooms were spacious, clean and tidy. Parking was close to the property and the jacuzzi was brilliant. Very quiet and nice patio area.
Negative: Blown bulb in the dining area, blown bulbs on both hallway lights. No towel rail in the bathroom and screw caps missing on the bath panel. Couldn't get grill to work.

Positive: Kitchen was quite adequate but constantly smelt of curry. The grounds seemed immaculate and tidy, every thing including room was very clean
Negative: No shelf in bathroom or plug cover, shower door got stuck and my daughter had to open for me, only l hook which we put towel on so nowhere for your clothes. Couldnt open one of the windows in room. Tv old and we had to operate manually as remote not working. Only 1 bed had bedside cabinet and bed linen old. Small fridge on floor. First impression like a hostel.
Summary: It was ok and served the purpose of visiting family as close to Brundal
