Positive: Location was good for us as we wanted to get away from busy city life and noise but was still easy to access pubs and restaurants when we wanted.

Negative: Sofas were very uncomfortable - too low and sagging in the middle. Also looked a bit grubby and covers could do with a wash. Bathroom, particularly near the sink area smelled of mildew.

Summary: Nice place but could do with a few updates and a deep clean.

Positive: Has everything you need to cook with there, comfy sofas, very cosy, lovely lake out the back, not too far from a lot of decent places to eat. 15mins from seeing the seals. Not far from Norwich and Yarmouth

Negative: Received about 12 messages prior to visit but when I asked a question, i got no reply atall.

Positive: Excellent location. Lovely grounds. Comfortable beds and pretty decoration. Good layout. Stone floors. Comfy couch and TV. Well equiped kitchen for family cooking. Good parking. Easy access. Great for familys

Negative: Ceramic hob consistently cut off oddly during cooking, then simply stopped working. Made cooking dinner tricky. Frying pan. Kitchen knife, potato peeler, needs replacing. A 2nd food chopping board is required. Gardening gloves provided for oven use are not suitable.. No washing machine ? Details of a launderette are required in the handbook. Wobbly garden fence with rotten posts and protruding nails on gate need addressing. Significant bird poo on garden benches that were kindly cleaned off after 2 days by requesting the communal Gardener in person. A hard bristle brush in cottage could be provided for this matter.
