The Old Stable is a stunning single storey barn conversion, with views over open countryside. Located in rural East Somerton, the cottage is the ideal location to get away from it all whilst being close to the coast. It's a 5 minute drive to Winterton-on-Sea, where long sandy beaches await.
Inside The Old Stable you'll find a modern open plan living area with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV. Plenty of space is set aside for a dining area, and the well equipped kitchen contains a cooker, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
A separate utility room houses the washing machine, with a back door leading to a small yard with a lockable shed for bike storage.
The main bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, and the second bedroom has two 3' single beds which can be joined together to make one superking bed. A modern bathroom has a bath and separate walk in shower.
Outside there's plenty of outdoor space with a large garden and patio area, with a charcoal barbecue available from April to the end of September for guests. There's off road parking for two cars and one dog is welcome at no additional charge. The garden is fully enclosed.
Robin's Rest which sleeps two is located next door, meaning these properties can be rented together, totalling 6 guests. Both properties are detached with their own separate enclosed gardens. Robin's Rest and The Old Stable also have their own three acre meadow. A private and safe area for you to exercise or walk your dog. Summary: beautiful home set in lovely grounds local shops and takeaways near by fantastic beach Winterton with all facilities you need brilliant for dog owners will definitely be back We had a short break Friday-Monday but felt like a week very relaxed

Summary: What a lovely place. So perfect for our needs. The big secure garden was brilliant for us and the dogs, and the paddock next door was great for a quick walk before heading to the beach. Well stocked kitchen, really comfy beds and sofa and nice bathroom. The second loo was very handy. Lots of storage space for coats and boots which was brilliant as our coats were very wet the first two days. We will return.
