Summary: The Studio had everything we needed as a couple for a peaceful break. A well equipped little kitchen and relaxing living space. The location turned out to be great for visiting the villages and rivers of the Broads area.Our hosts were quick to respond to questions and requests. Would recommend.

Summary: The property was very clean and tidy, and had everything we needed. The fixtures and fittings matched perfectly with the theme of the property. The tv and entertainment system was second to none, one of the best we have come accross. Although in the garden of owners it was well secluded and private, and they were friendly and helpfull and there if we needed them.

Summary: the only thing we could fault was our sat nav once i ignored it we found the cottage easily our hosts were helpful and friendly sailaway cottage gave us the peace and quiet we wanted and the bed is really comfortable thanks Hazel and John

Summary: A delightful, clean and well appointed property in a very quiet village. The owner was very friendly and helpful, privacy at the property was good. Great for cycling and walking. Would we go there again? Most likely! Excellent pub in the next village - a good walk away though, 5 minutes by bike or car.
