Summary: Gerard’s home is beautiful, airy, sunny, open, impeccably clean and has a gorgeous view of the ocean! My friends and I loved staying there and Gerard made the entire trip effortless. Gerard picked us up at the train station and navigated us through a packed crowd of Cannes Film Festival attendees. He gave us all the details and help we needed for a flawless trip. I highly recommend this lovely home!

Summary: "The outstanding thing about this appartment is the view. I have been holidaying in Cannes for ten years but this trip was made special and memorable by the incredible view. It was unforgetable eating breakfast watching the sunrise reflect on the sea or the boats coming in and out of Cannes! My family and I spent a fabulous 3 weeks in this appartment. The location is perfect, it is close enough to the center of Cannes to comfortably walk in and out of town yet you are not in a noisy or overcrowded neighbourhood. It is literally a few minutes to the beach and is perfect for friends or a family. The appartement itself is comfortable, airy and well equipped. (stereo system, tv, dvd player, wifi, hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher, iron etc). Perfect for a beach holiday and a chance to get a feel for the real beauty of Cannes, highly recommended."

Summary: "Very nice and comfortable apartment. Perfect allocation, next to the beach and very close to boulevard de la Croisette. Magnificent view from the terrace. There is a garage, which is very convenient for the people, which arrive by car. The apartment is very charming and suitable for couples,but at the same time it's too spacious and it would accommodate 5-6 people. And the most important - Gerard is very friendly, simpathetic and intelligent person".

Summary: "We truly enjoyed the spectacular view of the Sea and the mountains. The apartment was perfect for us - spacious, clean, convenient, comfortable. We appreciated the friendliness of the concierge and the quiet atmosphere within the building. M Caloustian, our host, was attentive and always ready to give us any assistance that we required during our two-month stay. The beach was only three minutes away, and the main part of Cannes was nearby and within easy walking distance. We intend to stay there again."
