Negative: The electric stove did not work, together with the light in the living room. We couldn't make coffee in the morning. But it was a short stay and we were not bothered :)

Positive: Plenty of space for 4 people. Very kind and helpful management.
Negative: It was very hot and the air conditioning stopped working twice, and the apartment got very warm until it was fixed. The washing machine also didn’t really work.

Positive: Very good location to explore Nice and only a few minutes walk from Promenade des Anglais and less than 20 mins walk from tram station Alsace - Lorraine . Apartment was spotlessly clean , comfortable bed , plenty of towels to use and ideal for a couple . We had very good correspondence with the owner .
Negative: Stairs were a little tricky . Good idea would be to have a toaster . Quite basic cutlery . A nice gesture would be to include a bottle of water in the fridge on arrival .

Positive: The apartment was clean, had what we needed and was an excellent location. The main bed and sofa bed were comfy. The kitchen is small and basic but was enough for our short stay. Very close to beach! Supermarket very close too! Irina was very lovely and arranged early check in for us.
Negative: The main bedroom is up some very tight stairs so hard to get big suitcases up there. Not a major issue as we just left our bags downstairs. Hard to imagine a big family with young kids up there though.

Positive: The owner accommodated our delayed arrival time of 30 minutes making us feel totally at home. Awesome location close to the sea and half an hour walk along the Promonade to Castle Hill.
Negative: A bit of rain kept us inside for a day so we will have to come back another year to visit more sights in Nice.
