Positive: The location is excellent. Close to the Louvre and metro access( palais royal is closest) . One of the few places we could find for a family of four with many beds squeezed in to the smallish space . And having AC during a really hot week was very nice . Two washer / dryers and two bathrooms were also useful and a great bonus. The owner was very helpful and friendly, and met us at check in to explain everything and provided suggestions and answers during our stay
Negative: We are used to larger accommodations for a family of four so it felt a little cramped on our apartment that was on the ground floor with a basement that had a sofa bed and the two bathrooms. The ground floor had a small separate bedroom and a pull out sofa bed on the mezzanine right next to the bedroom and there was even a loft bed in a tiny space above the bedroom. This is not necessarily bad if you have a larger family and Paris tends to have smaller accommodations in general so it’s a preference . Also had to walk down a spiral staircase to access the bathrooms and the sofa beds downstairs but that was just the apartment we stayed in

Positive: We loved coming back to a nice cool air conditioned apartment after a day out in the summer heat It was so nice to have a bit of space for the the kids and parents to have our own area The welcome from the host was amazing and he was so helpful with tips. Great location near restaurants and shopping and transport.

Positive: The location was fantastic! Walking distance to the Louvre, Notre Damn, restaurants and shopping! My kids loved the games and ladder to the top bunk. They also loved using the scooters to get around Paris. It was so nice to have a washer/dryer! Everything was fantastic and we would definitely stay here again!

Positive: Fully furnished. Felt like home away from home. Saying my kids loved it is an understatement. It was a much better value than any other hotel we stayed in Paris. Also in a quaint and safe neighborhood. It is also a very short distance from the Louvre and Metro.

The apartment is much larger than any hotel room we've seen in Paris, which made it ideal for our family. Also, the air-conditioning was a big plus – it's surprisingly rare in central Paris, and it kept the apartment perfectly fresh and comfortable. The location is unbeatable: Right nearby, you’ll find a professional hair salon, a peaceful spa, a delicious French bakery, and charming local boutiques. There are also several authentic French restaurants that let you experience the local cuisine at its best. We especially loved the quiet and romantic little park with a fountain just around the corner – a hidden gem where you can relax and take a breath in the middle of the city. The Basilica and the Paris Stock Exchange (Bourse) are also close by. This place is truly suitable for business travelers, families, and romantic getaways alike. We really appreciated how clean and well-organized everything was. We also noticed the effort that goes into maintaining the space and making guests feel at home.
