Negative: We loved the house and location.The drama that we had to go through getting the booking was ridiculous! Air keeper wanted selfies of me and my credit cards and drivers license. If I had to go through that rigmarole every time I made a booking I would give up and go somewhere else. Fortunately the owner lived nearby when we had aircon problems and resolved it! Air keeper were useless. The owner has asked air keeper to mange the property and obviously expects them to do a good job. Seriously the shower needed a very good scrub the toilet bowl was filthy and the bbq was also dirty. We scrubbed it clean for the next guest. The fridge had been wiped out but smelt of dill pickles. It is a beautiful place and a great location for what we needed however attention to details needs to be rectified.

Negative: Dealing with Airkeeper, which would appear to be overseas. Telephone staff hard to understand, and dont seem to comunicate between the different sections there. Three times we were asked for the same information even after speaking with the operater 15 minutes later asked to supply information that we had already supplied via email. Only problem we did find was dried dog feaces on the mat in the lounge room.

Positive: The bottle of wine left by the host - a nice touch
Negative: We didn't receive an email prior to arriving telling us the address and access to the house. I had to ring, first to find the street address which was also difficult to find after dark in streets with no lighting. Then we had to ring again for the code to the lock box as the code provided in the first call didn't work. The numbers on the lock were almost impossible to distinguish in the dark, using a torch as the metal reflected the light so it took a long time to get the numbers to work. Once in the house all was fine but we could have done without the drama getting in.
