Positive: The location is great. It is a comfortable place with ample space. It is a nice building (old school) where multiple apartments are located. It is higher up the hill so you have an nice view. And there is nearly no traffic at all so it is nice and quiet. The hostess is helpful and will try to fix any shortcomings (see what I did not like).

Negative: It is advertised as a 4 bedroom apartment which it apparently used to be, but no longer is after talking to the hostess. We did get an extra mattress arranged for the folding bed provided to levitate the problem. The mattrasses are in mediocre state and should be replaced.

Summary: We had a greate time at Port Charlotte and Isle of Islay

Positive: It's was absolutely super. It was a part of a big house but any noise didn't come from the neighbours. We had three separated rooms with own bathrooms but there was a fourth bathroom just in case. The kitchen was well equipped, the living room was huge. The location was perfect, nice and quiet. The heating system worked well :).
